But get a message that I am unlicensed.

As instructed in the noticed I went to my customer area and priority support. Email address is correct, box for vbulletin.org is ticked. I can download vbulletin form the customer area so obviously I am still licensed so I wonder how I cannot post here (I have many previous posts form years ago and didn't have this problem then)

Can someone please help! Have I done something bad?

I have a license, but I appear to be unlicensed on vb.org and com.
How long does activation take?
