3. moderator
4. advisors

Same problem here.

And... also, in the staff.php page doesn't show the avatars of the members.

Speysider 27 Dec 2009 13:05

Just create a table called "isstaff"

To set the options that will appear, go to AdminCP -> vBulletin Options (x2) -> Meet Out Staff Settings

kralex 27 Dec 2009 17:54

Thanks Hasan. Eline sağlık usta. Başarılarının devamını diliyorum.

Hostboard 27 Dec 2009 19:36

Is it possible to define who/what user group is considered "staff" Besides admin I would like to include user groups like moderators or even other custom/specialized user groups. Maybe have a field in the ACP that allows groups listed seperated by a comma?

Thanx :)

I'm also getting this error...

Anyone have a fix?

MAME 30 Dec 2009 20:42

Awesome mod! The only problem we are having is if you have more than 999 posts then the post count gets all messed up. if you have 4,123 posts, it will only register 4 posts and run the post per day calculation off of the 4 posts. Any ideas how to fix that?

betts02 31 Dec 2009 00:48

awaiting a fix for these issues before i install, will tag for now and keep an eye on it though

Graphictr 01 Jan 2010 11:58

Same here. :(

Devanand 02 Jan 2010 04:23

Same problem here.
I would also like to set which usergroups are showing on that list.

dtv100 03 Jan 2010 05:41

still need help for this :

http://www.vbulletin.org/forum/showp...36&postcount=7

stardotstar 03 Jan 2010 07:23

Great hack, thank you for making the Pro version free to us all!

I have it working well except for when I try to define a custom user profile field:

Block Disabled:      (Update License Status)
Suspended or Unlicensed Members Cannot View Code.

Any idea what is causing this? It does not seem dependent on the type of user profile field.

jlosey 04 Jan 2010 06:06

guys, its not a good mod. It doesn't work, and the creator hasn't provided solutions, nor help, so its not a "great mod". It simply doesn't work as is...

stardotstar 04 Jan 2010 07:00

OK I really stuffed up - above post is redundant - my problem was caused by incorrectly identifying the custom user field.

Mod is working in every respect I can expect.

Saviour 05 Jan 2010 02:51

Hello? Posted this a week ago: http://www.vbulletin.org/forum/showp...8&postcount=16

Any fix? Otherwise...marking as uninstalled and just using the default VB forum leaders.

Also when i set it to show the staff as usergroups it puts the super mods before the admins, all the other groups are in the right order juts them...

I've even got this in the group names but it's still the same:

<!-- Order="1" -->Administrator

<!-- Order="2" -->Super Moderator

Can you fix these issues?

Profile fields
by Yehoshua Sofer
13 Jan 2010 06:35

I can not get any profile field to show up other than the once already listed. I put in the optional field ids field1, field2, etc. But they do not show up. What am I doing wrong? Thanks.

Speysider 16 Jan 2010 16:54

I have removed this modification for the risk of search engine spiders.

As soon as you install this modification, the google bot will refuse to index anything else other than the staff.php page. I had to remove this hack and use robots.txt to get the googlebot away from a null/void page.

henrikhansen 16 Jan 2010 17:03

Added and working perfectly thankyou! :)

biggeorge 17 Feb 2010 19:25

I installed it, but it was displaying my sponsors and donating members... which is something I didn't want. I see the question has been asked as to how to choose which usergroups are displayed, but the Developer hasn't answered the question. Therefore, I've uninstalled the mod.

Nice idea... but some support would be nicer.

everekli38 18 Feb 2010 19:09

Thank you. Hasann... We I have been using

Majest 28 Feb 2010 02:25

Uninstalled due to crashing with a 404 error. Tried to re-installed but still didn't work. Great concept but too buggy.

I just uninstalled, agree with Hi-jack

those mods what arent supported needs to remove from vbulletin.org !!!!

since you know how to use vbulletin more than all of us maybe you know what the error mean. well do you?

ShackMaster 24 Mar 2010 15:33

I fail to understand a LOT of mods here. The owners of this forum have really dropped the ball. They allow people to post mods and falsely claim they support the mod when in reality the mod belongs in the graveyard for lack of support. IDC syndrome.

d0zer 03 May 2010 07:02

How to Select Usergroups Shown
by yotsume
26 Aug 2010 14:25

How to Select User Groups that show:

AdminCP-> Usergroups-> Usergroups Manager-> (edit desired group) and select yes/no for: "Viewable on Show Groups". This will decide if this group will be show on the staff page or not.

Secondary Usergroups?
by yotsume
26 Aug 2010 14:27

Secondary Usergroups?

Is it possible to get some code so that this will show members in a secondary usergroup when their primary usergroup is selected to not show? I need that coded badly!

EDIT: I figured a work around... I switched the users primary and secondary users groups around so now the usergroups I need to show are primary rather then secondary since this mod ignores secondary usergroups.

em_dai_kho 03 Sep 2010 07:34

like vbulletin.org :D

Meet Our Staff option menu not showing on admincp
by fbriceno97
07 Jan 2011 17:08

Hi i am using the version 2.0 from this great product, as we have updated several times our forum today we wanted to edit the option from meet our staff at admincp, and the product is not listed on the vbulletin options panel.

Our vbulletin version is 3.8.4 PL2, i want to know if we have to upgrade to the pro version (3.8.x compatible) or just to the 3.2 to get again the options shwn at the admincp.

i really appreciate your support about this and if we have to get the pro version license do let me know the process as i am not able to send you a PM nor Email as they are not enable.

Regards
Felix

Has this been done yet ? Deal killer for me unless it can support multiple usergroups

Thanks for the help. I knew there was a way to do it. I can see most people here are just too lazy to try. I am having trouble with the posts displaying right, but I just disabled it. Maybe I can find a way to fix that also.

Gadget_Guy 01 May 2011 23:19

I am getting this error:

Warning: Cannot modify header information - headers already sent by (output started at [path]/includes/adminfunctions.php:279) in [path]/admincp/staff_admin.php on line 43

D.

Pocket Aces 21 Nov 2011 01:26

If you get this error....
Warning: Cannot modify header information - headers already sent by (output started at [path]/includes/adminfunctions.php:279)

You can fix it by going to ACP > Plugins & Products > Manage Products > Meet Our Staff PRO > Uninstall
Then remove all uploads associated with this modification.

What, do you expect something else? That's the ONLY fix.
Why would a paid version becomes free? Yep, because it's a failure and no longer supported.

error ....
by estrella2505

It's what I get from it all.

ozzy47 28 Nov 2014 15:08

You should use:

Block Disabled:      (Update License Status)
Suspended or Unlicensed Members Cannot View Code.

This turns off the extra error reporting in php 5.3 & 5.4 (for strict & deprecated warnings), but will allow other important errors to show.

Open your includes/config.php file and below <?php add the following.

Block Disabled:      (Update License Status)
Suspended or Unlicensed Members Cannot View Code.

So it looks like this:

Block Disabled:      (Update License Status)
Suspended or Unlicensed Members Cannot View Code.

Use a editor like notepad++ to edit any files, don't use Notepad or Wordpad.
--------------------------

And see if that gets rid of the errors.

Ended up getting this.

PHP User Warning: Cannot modify header information - headers already sent by (output started at ..../includes/config.php:1) in ..../admincp/staff_admin.php on line 43

Went in and changed it up with Notepad++ again and it still gives me the error with the coding it the config.php

Wow, I didn't even see how long it has been since they made this. But now it's un-installed and everything, so I hope that the developer can update it a bit or if the developer has seen it or anything like that. It's a good little mod.
