We enabled Facebook login and have seen some issues.

We have a user that tried to log in by using the FB connet link.
They failed that and it was counted as spam (due to the email that was passed by FB).

Here is the entry. I removed the last four digits and replaced them with X's to protect anything that might be sensitive.
Spam-O-Matic Tagged email - app+6dcsihi7.2quci25km3.d66d191d410df363d4149[email protected] - Spammer Found and rejected.

Is there a way to whitelist an email domain?

I am suddenly getting a lot people denying they are spammers that are being banned. It started happening with my latest VB upgrade.

Anyone else have this happening?

Exact thing happened to me. IP and email checks are pretty dead on, but name check is the highest risk for false positives.

I had a heck of a time getting vbulletin setup and this was the culprit.

Disregard. Solved my issue...

3 times now, I had a user signup (not a spammer) and something in the registration system is causing it to double and triple create accounts with the exact username. The user ids are consecutive though. EX: JohnW (id34) & JohnW (id35) & JohnW (id36)

This is the only mod I have that is for Registrations. Anyone else experiencing this? I wonder if the user is clicking on the register button multiple times while waiting for the Spam Check to come back.

Why would I do that...I said he wasn't a spammer? :confused: I think this mod may be fouling up the registrations by taking too long to complete them. The person signing up is probably pressing the Complete Registration button more that once. Sort of like when a double post happens.

Is this addon still supported?
Will there be another release?

Just enabled this on a new forum and have had several users, who have made prior posts, all of a sudden end up being moderated...is there some setting I missed?

This is on 4.1.10

Please give me some direction in which to look for my answer/issue
