The files I linked you to are not found on your web server, and you need to upload them.

Please drag and drop the entire contents of the upload folder into your public_html folder.

That error is not related to vBShout, the hook in question is process_templates_complete and the contents of that hook is

Block Disabled:      (Update License Status)
Suspended or Unlicensed Members Cannot View Code.

Try disabling all other plugins using that hook, and re-enable them one by one until you find the culprit.

Also check that vBShout's one has the contents I mentioned.

The hook in question is process_templates_complete. Try disabling all other plugins using that hook, and re-enable them one by one until you find the culprit.

i found the culprit mate its got to do something with this plugin.

I disabled vb shout and everything seems to work right.

I would want to use this plugin ahead this is y m askin for a solution

If you won't follow my instructions to find out which other plugin is conflicting with mine, then I'm unfortunately unable to assist you further.
