I seen this on FaceParty, Think it would be a nice addon for vB if someone could do it?

BTW, i edited this in PS

I managed to get the image to appear, i just need help seeting a conditional tag for it to only appear if the sender was an admin, super mod or mod.

Any help would be appreciated :)
