If you want to add a template at your forum or do some template-modify without modifying the vB-standard templates you have to know where the hooks are hiding. Searching for a possible place with a hook is like a kick in the ass. So you will

Because my JIRA is pushing to next versions BRB for every version-update, I had to create me something similar to see every hook position.

Done for Version: 5.4.0 Alpha 1 because some new hooks! There is no way to choose this version here, so I took the newest 5.3.2!

Attention: You should use this Add-on only at test-forums!!! No usergroup-permission available, so every user will see the hook-positions.

With this mod you could see the position of every announcement hook (for each hook look at vbulletin-forum.de (link below)).

Settings available at AdminCP > Options > Products/Hook System

All Hookpositions are available at (This Add-on here have only 3 hook-positions to show):
vBulletin-Forum.de - Hook-positions
Get it for free! You just have to register!

Why a function of vBulletin would be better anyway:
The JIRA noted at the top and under this paragraph is nevertheless important to make the feature 1. accessible to all cloud users, 2. the performance can be increased by giving the hook some information such as hooktyp and hookname and then passing it in could represent a template and 3. the user group permissions (with a template and not 117 hooks in an add-on it could also be used in live).
