{vb:raw template_hook.postbit_userinfo_left} isn't a plugin, it is the hook the plugin/addon is using.

I found a site where you are using vB4.2.5 and the status is generated by this addon

So you have to find the template, where "<div id="dbtech_status_status">..." is generated.

That's not our problem. No one should be posting code in the pre-sales forums. It's a violation of our licensing agreement and could us to lose our own licenses if vBulletin wanted to press the issue.

You need to contact [email protected] and wait for their response.

I'm glad people are willing to help you but it should not be at their own risk.

If you're using dbtech's addon, then you need to get support from his site.

If that addon has a feature to enable a status in the page/template & it dont work, then again you need to get support from them.

"These kinds of customisations are beyond the scope of support, sorry."
