A full rebuild took close to 6 hours on my server, would you say this is normal? Just want to make sure. Specs are Xeon 5520, 6GB RAM, 7200 RPM HDD. We have around 13K members, 68K posts.

I get the sense he's miffed over the fact he forked over $200 on a vB suite license after seeing XF and doesn't want to admit it. :p Can't see why one would be so defensive towards a brand otherwise.

No SEO optimization? Clearly you don't what you're talking about. XenForo is SEO'd out of the box. In fact it's SEO'd so well that there's really no need for an external plugin like vBSEO or similar....

Unless I made my script use [p] instead and parse it all to <p>. But that would add unnecessary processing...

I would consider moving to lighttpd or nginx. Personally I use lighttpd with XCache installed and I am on a less powerful server than you (1GB RAM and C2D E4500) and all my pages load instant.
