Change all occurence of

Block Disabled:      (Update License Status)
Suspended or Unlicensed Members Cannot View Code.

to

Block Disabled:      (Update License Status)
Suspended or Unlicensed Members Cannot View Code.

in the XML and that will solve the DB Errors.
