Seems to install fine but get a 500 on register.php with this message in the logs:

Block Disabled:      (Update License Status)   
Suspended or Unlicensed Members Cannot View Code.

Will try to resolve myself in the next few days but if anyone knows what I'm doing wrong, advice is appreciated.
