Not Supported Uses Plugins

Installation (1 minute)
  1. Import product XML.
  2. The installation is complete; congratulations! Mark As Installed, Nominate for MOTM, and Vote

What is it?

This plugin creates an easily-configurable Facebook Like Box for your forum and/or CMS install. There is no HTML to edit. Turn-key installation; there aren't even any files to upload -- just import 1 Xml.

There Is No Premium Version

This mod doesn't have a premium version, but it can still get attention. If people in this topic take the premium version of Spam Hammer, this plugin also gets faster updates and responses than our other 20 plugins.

Premium clients can vote once every 6 months for high priority to be given to plugins without a premium version, so this plugin can garner faster answers to your questions and engineering of your ideas.

Increase the width of the widget to fit the CMS block size and it will automatically center

one thing I noticed though .. the border-color doesn't seem to work on my forum.

I've checked the generated facebook url and it ends with

https://www.facebook.com/plugins/likebox.php?[....]&border_color=aaa

this doesn't seem to work sind the top border is still blue. when I copy the url into a browser, it also shows a blue border at the top. if I change the url to the following, it works and there is no blue border anymore

https://www.facebook.com/plugins/likebox.php?[....]&border_color=%23aaa

bug?

The Facebook Like Box for vBulletin 4.x is back!

Facebook Like Box 2.5
  • Extended Databases dependency removed; this is now packed into 1 Xml.
  • Some core code changes.
  • Post-install cross-plugin download implementation.

You have to add a hashtag before the color code;

the options are what's in the color scheme setting; light and dark; there isn't any other way at the moment

Announcement: How to Support This Plugin Free

If you want to support this plugin and do not have the means to purchase a premium version from us, you can follow the steps below. These steps show you how to set up a special signature that links to our other plugin, "Spammers Suck!" and counts the number of views and clicks it gets. Your username, views and clicks then show on the leaderboard below.
  1. Paste the code below into the "Your Signature" box:
    Block Disabled:      (Update License Status)
Suspended or Unlicensed Members Cannot View Code.

    * Note: This link simply redirects to this topic. It passes through our site so we can count your views and clicks, then display them on the leaderboard. If you wish to remain anonymous, don't change the URL.
  2. Right click this image link and "Save As" on your PC somewhere easy to locate later. Then, scroll to the bottom of the page. Under "Signature Picture", locate "Option 2 - Upload Image From Your Computer", click "Browse", and select the image you got earlier in this step.
  3. "Save Signature".
    * Note: Your views increment only with your clicks on vBulletin.org. If on another forum you want to directly link to the banner and increment views independently, use this image url.
    * Note: Replace YOUR_USERNAME_HERE with your vBulletin.org username. If you wish to remain anonymous, don't change the URL.
