Bug? After migration to a new server.
Hello together..
After a migration to a new server the board is not loading anymore. Is this a known bug? We use PHP 7.1.3 and vbulletin v4.2.5. The PHP settings are the same. File permissions are ok. Database is reachable.  Thanks verry much for any help! No members have liked this post.

Looks to be a character collation issue for the now broken text characters. So import was done improperly or the servers do not match in some settings between php & sql
As to the server, would need to see logs etc etc to see what the actual issue is when trying to load the pages.

I would try to re-import everything.
Post server logs if you can or put your site into debug mode and post what it says.
