where I download a Spanish language that works with vbulletin 4.2.5 and php 7.1 I have downloaded some but only get a few rare accents

If your having a character issue, you may have to change the character collation with mysql

very complicated that there is not much support for vb4.2.5, should be the hosting that does not support the translation into Spanish, because in my local PC if I install the language without problems, I'd better change to vb5.4.5 have if I like it

As i stated above, you probably have a character collation issue on the server, its not a vbulletin 4 issue.

I use ISO file, not UTF it have the same problem with rare accents.

f you are continue with the problem, I can upload my language file, its for vb and php .
Work fine, and I personalice some phrases.
