This product will not install on vB version 3.8.x (it hangs during the install product upload function).

In PHP errors, this is the error:

Block Disabled:      (Update License Status)
Suspended or Unlicensed Members Cannot View Code.

This line of the code is:

Block Disabled:      (Update License Status)
Suspended or Unlicensed Members Cannot View Code.

I have checked and all the uploaded files, permissions, php version, etc are all correct.

Please advise.

Useless. I have already written my own notification system in the time it takes to reply back to my own question.
