Arrow Navbar Help!

Hey guys, I need help with my navbar set-up. I want it to be just like this site: how there are no annoying vertical lines to make each navbar link a box set-up. I would like it set-up so it is just one giant box kinda like the one above and not have those lines. Do you know what I mean?

Thanks!

There are no vertical lines in the navbar in a default vbulletin navbar (see vb.com). If you have lines, then you added them somehow.

If I post some CSS and don't say where it goes, put it in the additional.css template.
I will NOT help via PM (you will be directed to post in the forums for help.)
