Hello
hi i have a problem.
I run a forum, and all of my members got deleted. so i tought that if i update to VB 4.2 i would get them back. it didnt happen. can i have some help plz?

You would need to post some more info, like what happened to the site/server before your attempted the upgrade, which you shouldnt have done?
Did you verify the users arent in the "user" table in the database via phpmyadmin? If they arent in the table while viewing the database, then you have but one option, to restore your site from a backup before the issue happened.

i have all the backup files of ftp and VBxml. how do i use them?

Sorry, but you need a file ending in .sql, which would be a dump / backup of your database, the php / xml files are of no help to you.

Do you have a backup of the database? If you don''t then try to ask your host about it. Most hosts make regular backups of the db in their servers.
