For who use's my products. (All of it), I always support latest version of vBulletin only. So, if you use my products you'll find a working version of it for your current version. but I CANT SUPPORT IT unless you are using the latest version of vBulletin.

How does this differ from the option in the ACP to require users to validate their e-mail?

this mod differ email validate after register , but this BEFORE register , u can test it

Ah.. I see now. Not a bad idea!

The only issue I see is members leaving. It might take too much time to register for a member.

But, otherwise I think this hack is better than the nospam and basic vB verifier.

I got this error after submitting an email:

Parse error: syntax error, unexpected '"', expecting ']' in /home/sblueman/public_html/forums/register.php(79) : eval()'d code(88) : eval()'d code on line 12

I didn't see any difference. VB has default feature like this those registered user remains in the "User awaiting confirmation" group until they activate the link sent to their email.


So how is this different? or useful than VB default?

Although it varify before registration but the end point is same. In either case fake email holder can't use the forum. I was curious how is this better than VB default.

Anyway Thanks for this hack.

I know I'd appreciate a mod like this when a registrant with no valid email can't get to register.

I received that same error.

I did receive an email but it had no information at all in it. It was blank.

Only not a bad idea? This is AMAZING Hack, one of the most utilities for the forum Admin!
