select it when you upload the sql file
generally tehres a drop down box to select, or go to the 'home' and go to the database nd upload that way. No members have liked this post.

You should make sure to upload the backup to the right database and not just any database for it to work. If you don''t know the name of the db that your forum resides on then check it out at the config.php file.
