As for the last. It means that you can't copy a part of the code (eg a function) and add this code to another script. What's bad on this? None developer permits copy and paste of his/her code to another script. Maria No members have liked this post.

Im having a problem with this but it only seems to be in browsers other than Internet Explorer. When you login to the site its fine but when you go to the support addon it logs you out. And even if you log in again it says thank you for loggin and then it takes you back to the support page and your logged back out. Sounds like a cookie issue.

Bug in adding new product category.
When adding " ' " (Prime symbol) in the name of the category, there is a MySQL ERROR.

I would like to know if developer is thinking about adding language support, to be able to change language in product, departments, faqs, questions, answers...etc. I am willing to help traduce into French and Spanish.
Or, my question will be how to create a language file to import to change my categories, faqs, everything i've added to the microsupport system into different languages Or how to add vb rawphrase instead of actual words.. thanks in advance. No members have liked this post.

Will this be updated for vB4.0.3PL1? It has some huge style and database issues.
Several Database Error Messages and Also the Style is f*cked up, No members have liked this post.

I am running 4.0.3 PL1 and this mod works fine. I'm not sure what the issues you are running into. I just tested it and it works fine on my board. Maybe a conflict with another mod?

Any way of changing "HelpDesk" in the navbar to something else, like "Support"?
Changing the title in the options does not change all the various instances of "HelpDesk" And what stylvars setting changes the header color and background color of the blocks on the main help desk page? Great mod. Appreciate the work done on this.

AdminCP->Language and Phrases -> Search In Phrases -> Then Search for "Help Desk" Then replace the phrase with whatever you want. I changed mine to "Support" as well. No members have liked this post.

Yes, but do you remember which one exactly? or did you just change them all?
EDIT: I just changed them all. Thanks!

AdminCP->Style Manager->Edit Templates->MicroSupport Templates -> MicroSupport_TabMenu Then find "{vb:var vbphrase.microsupport_support}" and change that to whatever you want to say in the NavBar (there are 2 places you have to change in the template). Edit= OK cool! No members have liked this post.

I've been using this for a bit, and I really find it to be indispensable when providing help or answers to my community. Really great stuff, awesome job Maria.
One issue: when I edit a FAQ, or a response that I converted into a FAQ, the formatting disappears, and everything turns into one long sentence. Not that big of an issue, I copy the original FAQ into Notepad++, edit it there, and copy back into your edit box. Would be nice if it kept Vbulletins edit capabilities though. PS: I would purchase the full version from your site just to show my appreciation for what you've done for us here, but, I can't seem to figure out what it does (your site needs a little coaxing and buffing...)
