DragonByte Classifieds: What is it?
DragonByte Classifieds allows items to be sold in a variety of ways by your users including Auctions and stock controlled Buy-it-Now listings. It works on vB versions 4.1.x and 4.2.x Uses Allowing your users to sell items has never been easier with a feature rich Classifieds system that allows for Auctions as well as stock controlled Buy-it-Now listings. Integrated into vBulletin, DragonByte Classifieds also allows users to see current listings, create their own postage and address options for use with their own listings and upload pictures to be displayed along with the listings. AJAX Integration: We used AJAX wherever we could to help reduce the page reloads, including bidding, checking for new bids as well as other areas. Automatic Image Resizing: All images added to the classifieds system will be resized and have a thumbnails generated. This will help reduce the page load time but not having to dowload the full image when you just need the thumbnail. Stock Control: Buy-it-Now listings have a complete stock control that can be adjusted and allows for multiple purchases by different users. Postage and Address: Mulitple postage options can be added per user as well as a variety of addresses letting users choose where they want items delivered to and at whatever price they prefer. Feedback System: Allow users to leave feedback about transactions including comments and a customizable ranking. Watch Items, Save Searches and Users: Users can save items to their watch list and choose to store searches for easy reuse at a later time. Sellers and Buyers can also be added to lists so that their latest items can be found easily. Categories and Specifications System: An unlimited amount of categories can be created, allowing for subcategories and specifications creating a huge range of options that can help users specify exactly what they are selling. Payment Processors: Integrated payment processors, including PayPal, to allow users to pay for their items and their fees. We're working on it at the moment, it's in the Closed Beta stage, and we've got one or two major parts to get working better before we move to the Release Candidate stage.

A really great Add-on! Thanks!!!
But a few Questions. 1. I need the Min. Price at 0.00000001 - because of Cryptocurrency like Bitcoin. If I set it with 8 digits, the offers only show 2 digits. Is there anything I can do to fix it? 2. Is the an existing german language pack? 3. Can I easy update to pro or do I need to reinstall all? 4. Is there a special offer for your Pro Versions, if I buy 3 or more of your Addons? Bitcoin Accepted? Great work! A suggestion: To delete countrycodes, it would be nice to be able to delete more than only one at time....  Thank you! EDIT: OK... the German Language pack is not longer needed. The last 7 hours I translate self all into German(Du). But the 8 Digits are really important for me. Would pay for a Solution.

This week we have a bug fix update for DragonByte Classifieds (v1.1.16) fix a MySQL error that occurs in some searches and to add the missing templates for the Seller's List. Thanks again to everyone who keeps us up to date with new ideas and any issues. Version 2 is progressing and we'll keep you posted on it's development. The full changelog for v1.1.16 can be found below. Remember, we have installed the latest Beta of Classifieds here on DBTech. We have created some 'fake' items and have left PayPal in Sandbox mode so that no real money changes hands allowing anyone to test how the system works. We look forward to your feedback. im currently stumped as how to even list something.
i have the mod installed and working, but when i click on the "Classifieds" tab , and click "NEW LISTING" and click either Buy it now, auction it goes to a blank area, i assume there is a spot where i can make categories? Ive been searching for that area for some time now, cant find it in any settings, i must be lost..lol. any help? No members have liked this post.

Go to your Admin
In the DBTech Classifieds drop down select "Manage Catergories" Then on the right click on "Add Catergory" No members have liked this post.

I installed this addon and was even willing to pay for it. But I have to say that I am quite disappointed by the quality because nothing seems to work and there are many bugs in the "lite"-version.
I created categories, currencies, postage options etc and created a new offer for testing purposes. But after clicking on submit, I immediately received a PN that my item was "not sold" and has ended. Does that make any sense? No. And nope, the listing length was not "0 days" but "7 days". More things that just don't make sense at all: when trying to EDIT an existing offer and then clicking on "PREVIEW listing", the "price"-textfield is missing and that means that it is completely impossible to submit the form because it returns an error no matter what you enter because there simply is no price-field that could contain any value. More bugs that even lead to 404 errors: on the "viewlisting"-page for a single item, if you click on the category-links in the "Item Basic Details"-box, the URL contains domainname.com/[ARG:3%20UNDEFINED]?do=listing&action=listing&categoryid=5 which obviously only leads to a 404 error. That bug with the "[ARG:3%20UNDEFINED]" in the category-URLs exists on *all* installations of this addon, not only on my website. More bugs: the order of the breadcrumb-elements is messed up very often and the links of certain breadcrumb elements also lead to pages that only display error messages because of missing or messed up parameters (not only on my websites but on ALL websites using this addon that I found using Google). I could tell you several additional serious bugs but my time is limited. But my conclusion is: currently this addon is not worth buying (and not even worth trying to install as free version because it contains too many bugs and creating listings simply doesn't work because they will be ended immediately). No members have liked this post.
