The first error appears to be related to a plugin called credits.

vB3.x modifications are not generally compatible with vB4.x

The second question is: Which version of PHP and MySQL are you running?

Disable the credits mod via manage products, then go into plugins and ensure ALL the checkboxes are not clicked, then save i.e. it's disabled in the product manager and the plugins are marked as non-active.

Then edit config.php and add this directly below <?php:

Block Disabled:      (Update License Status)
Suspended or Unlicensed Members Cannot View Code.

Save the file and re-upload it, now all modifications are disabled and the upgrade will proceed.

*In a worst case scenario you could ultimately reference the credit mods xml file to see which tables if any it affects, export all those tables then simply re-import them after the upgrade completes.
**IF YOU HAVE THE SUITE i.e. CMS, Blogs, Forum and your CMS/Blog is disabled, re-enable them both before upgrading else errors can also occur, then simple disable again when upgrade is complete.

Hmm check your htaccess file:
https://www.vbulletin.com/forum/foru...-now-down-hard

i.e. rename it to .htaccess1 temporarily, then try the upgrade script (rename back when done). This *might also be related to PHP version you can try switching/swapping that out if you have an easy option in cPanel such as "Select PHP Version" but just note the modules installed on the current (print screen button/paste into paint etc).

You need to find out what was causing the error and resolve the issue before you attempt to add new modifications.
