Auto Emailer for members based on join date

I didn't get any bites in the other forum, so I'm trying again here

Could somebody please make a mod for 3.6.8 that will let us send email automatically to members of a certain usergroup after being registered for a certain number of days? This would save our admins so much tedious work.
