I have to say that the threads you have made here and in VB.com are the most painful reading I have done in some time. You have totally ignored the staff, and the basic procedures for making backups before any upgrade, and haven't an understanding on how to restore a backup when things go wrong.

Here's an articles to help:

MySQL Export: How to backup and restore your MySQL database?

Shabby is one way I would choose to describe it. . .
It isn't like it was before, the procedure of upgrading is not a guarantee. Best to test it first in a test environment before going to your live site. These are lessons you must learn from.
If I will loose data , there is no point to keep that lisence from vb , the issue is not from my side , I did upgrade as i did for other versions ,,, support is slow , and ticked for my lisence are useless , are giving to me url to some documents to read ....

I have seen how slow the support is.
You may also be correct in thinking that there is something wrong with 5.2.0. It wouldn't be the first bad release they have done. I downloaded it yesterday but haven't installed it yet. I always wait for a week or 2 before I install and even then, I do it on a test site.

I have been done numerous times before over this particular piece of software and it won't be happening to me again.

I paid for the license as you did but after all this time, I am now laughing at the whole experience.
It is just another example of what people can get away with selling in this world.

No point in being bitter, nothing concerning these people is going to change.

You are not alone in this. Many people have been through the same shenanigans.
Learn form this as I and countless others have had to.
No point in talking about it much, it is generally not acceptable and heralds the closing of the topic.

You should make copies of all stuff you do, save it in a folder so you never lose it and remember to backup your database. Welcome to the system. . . .
Wish you well.

I would look at the upgrade code and see what DB changes are made, then you can try to reverse those changes (manually). If you don't understand DB's and the coding you can ask for help (which you have been), if you need it ASAP, try asking in the paid forums.

You need to calm down and stop with the swearing though. Yes, your problem was caused by an issue in the upgrade, but it has been expanded by you not having a recent backup.

If you want official support, you should post on vBulletin.com, or open a ticket in the members area.

With my license I can't get support by ticket . On vbulletin.com already did , But i think they don't know as well how to fix that issue .. so I'm understanding why did they release new version if they didn't test it properly ... I'm not professional like them to fix any issue which I will get with new version...

You obviously did not read/understand what I actually posted... so let me put this another way.

This site is not a Support for vBulletin, we are volunteers who do not get paid by vBulletin. We also cannot help that you neglected to take a backup before trying to upgrade your forums, or that you do not have any recent backups (which I am assuming based n your posts). So, you want us to fix it ASAP then you need to ask nicely and possibly pay. You want vBulletin to fix it for free, you need to keep posting on vb.com and wait for them. Coming on here and being all pissy and swearing in almost every post isn't going to get you anywhere. Ultimately, this (website down/possible lost data) is your fault for not having backups. If you don't know how to take backups of your website & DB's, maybe you should pay for Webmaster services.

That said, good luck, I hope you get it fixed.

No, you made a backup after the fact, after the damage was already done. Just because you didn't have problems before, doesn't mean you won't the next time. Never assume things will work, always assume they won't and prepare for it.

I'm not saying you have to pay to get this fixed. I'm saying if you don't want to pay, then you must wait.
