Maybe a simple script exist that will make a list.

Try a search before posting for help. Many users won't, and don't, help if the question has been answered several times before.
W3Schools -
Online vBulletin Manual
If I post some CSS and don't say where it goes, put it in the additional.css template.
I will NOT help via PM (you will be directed to post in the forums for help.)

Eventually, vB.org will upgrade vBulletin, which will also enable tags at the same time.

If you can run a mysql query, try these:

1) Sorted by Forum Number

Block Disabled:      (Update License Status)
Suspended or Unlicensed Members Cannot View Code.

2) Sorted by Forum Title

Block Disabled:      (Update License Status)
Suspended or Unlicensed Members Cannot View Code.

If you have permissions set properly, you can run mysql queries from the admincp: Maintenance -> Execute SQL Query.

Hope those help. -- Rik
