Notification: Group Membership Request

This modification gives you a notification of when a user has put in a join request to a join able user group.
If it is a single user group request it will go straight to the approval page. If it is mutliple user group requests it will go to the permissions group page. Download Now Only licensed members can download files, Click Here for more information. Screenshots Show Your Support

I am having an issue where notification shows 1 requests and when i click its nothing to do. No requests are shown as pending. Can anyone help how to get rid of this ?
