This is probably caused by one of your plug-ins.

I might update this style soon to fix some minor things.

I have looked high and low for a logo location in the Header Template but cannot find it. Could someone point me to the correct place.

It had to be relocated to an other template due to the changes. It can be found on the first line of the navbar template.
I changed my first post since that stated it's in the header template.

Unfortunately I don't, it's not related to the style but probably by a plugin you have installed. Do you have a link to your forum?

It's caused by one of your plugins or template modifications.
This is in the source of the forum homepage:

Block Disabled:      (Update License Status)
Suspended or Unlicensed Members Cannot View Code.

As you can see, it sets the body background color to white.
