Also, who is able to post in this forum if it is the dedicated banned user forum?
I think that only usergroups 5/6/7 should be able to post in there, outside of the banned usergroup of course. How can I make that so if it is not already implemented? No members have liked this post.

How does this work with banned members seeing other threads? Do they only see the thread that they make or do they not see anything?

Not working on 4.2.0. When I click on: Forum which you can access: Banned Members Section it just refreshed the page. Doesn't let the banned user access the forum.
