hooks won't re-enabled

I disabled hooks while I did a server move and despite removing that line from my config file I can't get them to re-enable.

Help!

In my article it shows how to disable hooks with one query, ensure the disable hooks code is removed form config.php then run the query:

Block Disabled:      (Update License Status)
Suspended or Unlicensed Members Cannot View Code.

*Please note that will re-enable ALL plugins. I would visit the product manager page and make note of which products have a line (strike-though) in the name, those are supposed to be "off". This way if that gets it working, you can then go back and disable the mods you need to again. Only other thing I can think of would be some sort of issue with your datastore i.e. its still reloading old plugin active set status perhaps.
