Disable Pm VB4

hello

i am using vbulletin 4.0.2. i want to disable to send register user other user group!!!! but only allowed to send to pm Admin !!!

any possiblity?

That's pretty vague. Is there actually a way, via group permissions, to enable only sending PMs to admins? How?

Ok, admincp - Usergroups - Usergroups manager - choose usergroup - scrool down until find Private Message Permissions and you will see this "...Maximum Stored Messages:
If you set this to 0 users from this usergroup will not be able to use private messaging...." put 0. have a nice day.

if i put 0 how to register user can send pm to admin? because i need to send register user to admin but not other user groups !!!
