Cellspacing Cellpadding

How can i code a Cellspacing - padding into a Div Tag ?

Block Disabled: (Update License Status)
Suspended or Unlicensed Members Cannot View Code.

As you see the spacing to left and right is not correct.

Adding a second div does the trick..
