OK I am confused- what do I have to do to get this to work on the newest install of vb4, also do I need CMS or how do I get this working on just the forum? Thanks

Hi guys,
Last time, I has been spent almost of time in the hostiptal due to some trouble with my health and got no access to internet. I'm coming back to Prague next day and should get everything solved. Just for the record, the javascript navbar does not work with IE browsers.
I'm currently using these tags to get around the problem.
In navbar: put this on top of the page (default vb4 navbar - you may want to edit this to your liking after)
insert this after
make sure all of the above is inserted before
This way users with IE will see the default style navbar and everyone else will see the awesome javascript navbar. Not sure if this is the best way of doing it, but at least it works
