where to upload xml file coz when i upload it product manager its says inveled when i upload in plug-ins when get error same as above when i upload it in template also getting error please tell me how to configure it

Why are coders still using Template Modification Manager as there is no support for that plugin, I have been trying to correct some issues that Template Modification Manager is causing and still no response from the coder...
