Wysiwyg
seams there is no functions_WYSIWYG.php on the includes folder and if the user have WYSIWYG editor it cant post bugs

If you are using 4.1.4 or higher, you are correct. The functions_wysiwyg.php file no longer exists due to the new CKEditor being implemented. There is currently no fix for this

This is already fixed for future releases, I'm posting the fix here.
Search:
Replace by:
Project Tools 2.1.3 will have a compatible fix for every version and 2.2.0 is defined to be 4.1.4+ as minimum version.

This fix is for when you submitted the content, not the display of the editor.
