Exclude Post from "What's New"

Hello, I have an odd problem. I have posts that are showing all the BB code in the post inside the search page. Thus, my "whats new" page is all jumbled...

Does anyone know how I can hide or ommit particular threads or posts from the forum search engine?

What's new shows threads, not posts, so I'm not really sure what you mean.

Fair enough, how do I exclude a thread from the what's new page?

A mod was causing the glitch, I had to recode a few pages but I got the actual problem fixed instead of patching it.

thanks for the help
