Has anyone visited Infopop recently?
Groupee.. What the hell kind of name is that?
![]() It looks like they've ditched their UBB.Classic and UBB.Threads products too, and have gone with an ezboard style forum hosting service Eve. Interesting.. ---EDIT--- Oh wait, they've just separated them.. Still.. Strange. No members have liked this post.

I don't really peek at infopop.com much, but do go to ubbdev from time to time. Some of my old modifications are still listed there.

Amy, I knew I remembered you from somewhere (and a few other that were here, but are gone)!
I remember when they implimented that design on the homepage, it's hilarous to look at now, there's a news post from 2002 on the homepage... Got updated? No seems to be the case. ![]() No members have liked this post.

Yeah, Groupee has been around for quite a while now. Back in the day I started out with UBB Threads and it wasn't a bad product at all, not sure about the whole groupee integration though it was never my thing.

I'm still a mod on their dev site; spent years writing mods for .threads and some of my stuff ended up being new features in updates. They really dropped the ball on the whole process of dumping .threads, then going back to it but taking two years to do it.
Of course there is the problem of security issues we warned them about two years ago that came back and caused 30,000+ sites to be hacked by some sciprt kiddie just a month or so ago. Ouch!
