Are the 'vB - Licensed' Avatars official?
I see a few people with
 as their avatar.Are these official in any way? If not, is it not considered dodgy to use an avatar to impersonate some kind of official licensed status?

I think they are a fan thing and it won't help to much if you are unlicensed as they still can't see code or download hacks.
