What happened to ability to edit and delete posts on here?

What happened to ability to edit and delete posts on here?
Because before i could do it, but seems i can't do it anymore?

editing posts works just fine.

you can only soft delete your posts, which appears to work fine as well.

2. Implementing CSRF Protection in modifications
3. Adjust PhP Variables for Memory Allocated Errors
4. open_basedir issues, try this.
