Server Side Scanner Warnings

sucuri.net support scanned my site and found the Server Side Scanner Warnings

How do I fix this ?

Found outdated vBulletin inside: ./admincp/diagnostic.php - Version: 3.8.2

Found outdated vBulletin inside: ./upload/admincp/diagnostic.php -

No need to worry about those errors.
If you absolutely want to fix it, re-upload the files from your vBulletin version that you can download at vbulletin.com
