This will add an auction section to your bulletin! If you want to donate to me click the link over there ----------------------> I am open to suggestions, bugs, comments, insults, and anything else you might say to me at the time :P To do list: *use forums/categories/subforums for your auctionhouse. high bidder userid -> username *" in description cuts the description at that point add buyer name fix pm formatting add more currencies intergrate with trader ratings add paypal api bidder usergroups *hot auctions on main < - Available with addon (wont be packaged in vbay) admin editing auctions *set up for use with forum commenting. *fix amount of days an auction can be posted (more than 2 char) ability to prune old auctions make sure buy it now is using buy it now price, not bid. allow admin ability to specify bid/buyitnow/both overrides. * = Completed. Features: Full BBCode support. Specification of everything, Money Auction length ECT. Image uploader for auctions. Closed auction section. 3 auction types, bid, buy it now, or both. To install Upload files, and import product as usual Make a new usergroup and call it the sellers usergroup, do what you want with this group (allow people to request addition maybe?) Go to vbulletin options and into vbay, set the usergroup id of the sellers group you just made. To upgrade re upload all files import new product REVERT YOUR TEMPLATES  Download Now Only licensed members can download files, Click Here for more information. Addons Screenshots

I come to your site, and place a $400 bid on a computer. Some other guy bids $420. The listed buy it now price is $700. Since I want this computer so bad, I click buy it now for the $700. I know, this is a mod for 3.6.x - but has anyone set this thing up to work with the vb 3.5 series ? Would love to offer vbay to my members..

This hack is missing COMMENTS
It's a forum, you have to allow users to ask public questions about a product. This offer no familiarity to the exisiting forums and thus users will not use much. It saves time and helps Mods track things if comments are allow/added feature. What a great hack down the drain. PM me when comments are added  Any links to any LARGE sites who use this as is? Now, VBay home, "Welcome to VBay" is redundant.

Also missing is the "# of bids" in the items for sale list. This would help users guage which items are most interesting. And possibly a column for views.

Maximum length of auctions (in days)
I want to use VBay as sort of like a store as well. However, I have 200+ things to list and the options in the Control Panel are letting me put: "Maximum length of auctions (in days): 1000" but when listing an auction the Maximum amount of days is "99" and I cannot type more than 2 characters in the amount of days box.
Is there a fix for this? It would really be a pain to have to keep re-listing my inventory every 3 months. Thanks! No members have liked this post.
