This is something done intentionally (I think) within upgrading vborg to latest vB3.

Would it be possible to either allow us to remove the modification information block below the post list, or allow us to collapse it independently of the top version of the mod info block?

Before, I could freewheel scroll down and see the QR box when I wanted to post a reply as the page stopped scrolling when the QR box was in view. Now, I have to scroll much more slowly to make sure I stop at the right moment.

It seems like a small thing, and it is, but when you update anywhere between 2-8 threads in any given week, it's a bit annoying.
