I am curious if anyone has done schema markup within VB4. What "type" do you use? And how do you apply it to the postbit template?

I will think marking up the the title and the content is the most basic thing that can be done.

I would add author and date and location also if you can get it working.
You could use the users location, maybe just use the info from the first post of your threads.
