[Mobile Theme] How to add forum blocks (Most Recent Posts) before everything else?

Hey guys, thanks for your constant support here on vbulletin.org

I have a Mobile Metro theme for vB 4.2.2 and I'd like to add "Most recent posts" forum block on the index of my mobile theme just before the listing of the forums. How can I do that? In the Default Theme is pretty easy adding them in the "Forum Block Manager". I have no idea on Mobile Theme however.
