Because this is not a support forum. This is an addon and modifications forum, where you get help from coders, designers, in short: volunteers.

If you require support, you need to go to the official support forums at http://www.vbulletin.com.

This, however, would probably out of scope for support, since you want to modify the software. If you don't know how to do that, you can ask, but there's no guarantee that someone will answer. If you want to be sure to get your issue solved, you may have to hire a coder.
