when setting up Facebook Connect is it advisable to hit the submit for review button

when setting up Facebook Connect for vbulletin, is it advisable to hit the submit for review button ?

we have seen some contradicting advises for that matter , any confirmed experts advice on the pros and cons ?

we're running on vB 5.4.2
