PHP Warning: Invalid argument supplied for foreach

after install/upgrade.php my VB to Version 4.2.3 Beta 4 I see this error
I try to disable

<?php
define('DISABLE_HOOKS', true); I still see this error in my top forum ?

PHP Warning: Invalid argument supplied for foreach() in ..../includes/functions.php on line 1964

your advice please

It has something to do with your profile fields so you may want to take a look at what you are doing with them on that page.

What version of PHP is on your server?

i fix as you write above .... by remove.. Profile Field Type and now it is working well
