Adding users automatically in vbulletin

How can a new forum add some users through admin panel or some PHP script. I have tried to add it through admin panel but i believe that every user need to have separate email addresses. Can i have more than one user with same email address ?

All you need is a username and password, everything else can be blank or default, as far as I remember. I've created several dummy users for testing.

If you are filling in an email address (it is optional when adding via the admin panel, regardless of whether or not you require it for normal registration), if you're requiring accounts to have unique email addresses, the admin panel will follow that setting.
