i am facing problem in uploading images in vbulletin4

when i upload the images are uploaded but the dialogue box dont show the ok tick
and dont insert them inline , anyways i close the dialogue box and check the attachment manager , the images are uploaded and i have to insert them inline manually

any one can tell me whats wrong and how to fix it

i was using cloudflare dns , and this problem was due to cloudflare i think , as i stopped using their DNS service , the problem is no more...
