Add Question - Human Verification Manager Issue

Hi All,

We've recently experienced a bunch of spam bots registering on our site and making posts, we wanted to enable the Question & Answer on the registration page but it seems that VB won't let us change from the "Image Verification Options".

We selected "Question & Answer Verification" and clicked the "Save" button but still we see the "Image Verification Options". This issue persists even if we select "Disabled", "reCAPTCHA™".

No matter whatever we select, "Image verification Options" stays where it is.

We are using Memcache. Could this be related to that?

VB 5.2.2

We've tried almost everything. Nothing works.

If you temporarily turn off Memcached, does it work?
