IDENTIFY
  • Identify scope and boundary of new or existing project.
  • Develop strategy and goals for project.
ANALYZE
  • Analyze requirements that must be fulfilled.
  • Plan requirements that must be fulfilled.
DESIGN
  • Design a prototype.
  • Design interface and backbone.
IMPLEMENT
  • Implement the design
  • Beta test the design
SUPPORT
  • Support implemented design
  • New problems need to be ANALYZED
  • Refine DESIGN
  • IMPLEMENT improvements to design
  • Repeat previous steps if necessary
