Halo Movie

The director for the Halo movie was announced t'other day... and it's some unknown guy by the name of Neill Blomkamp. Can't say I'm best pleased since I was hoping they were going to at least get a b-list director in for the movie. Now I kinda feel like it's just going to be another one of the typical rubbishy video game to movie cross overs (like Doom or Silent Hill) whereas before I had high hopes

I think it was always going to be a rubbishy video game to movie cross over...
I think it would be hard to be an extremely successful movie but people will definatly go to check it out!

I never liked Halo, so I doubt I would like a movie based upon it.

And Silent Hill was a great movie.

shame they're doing it so late. the perfect way to completely pwn Sony would be to release both Halo 3 and the movie one day before the PS3 launch
